Sand Carved Dichroics are a new and unique option for a 3-D etched dichroic glass. The dichroic coating is applied after the glass is sand blasted with a deeper cut than a usual etching. This leaves the un-etched portion with raised and shiny dichroic while the etched portion is a soft matt dichroic.

For best results fire dichroic side up and uncapped. Simply cut, shape and fire polish for best results! The Sand Carved is a standard thickness glass making it the right thickness after fire polish for using in your jewelry designs.

The dichroic coating on Sand Carved glass is random and are most often One-of-a-Kind. We are limited to stock on hand. Sand Carved dichroic is available in 4x4 inch squares only.
